When one or more partners are ADHD or neurodivergent, relationships can feel chronically overwhelming even when they are deeply loving. Many couples struggle with recurring conflict around communication, emotional regulation, follow-through, scheduling, money, or shared responsibilities.

ADHD-impacted couples often arrive in therapy feeling blamed, misunderstood, or exhausted by having the same arguments repeating over and over.

I provide ADHD-affirming couples therapy for couples in Downtown San Francisco or Pacific Heights, and online to clients in California. My work helps partners move out of shame and resentment and into clearer communication, emotional regulation, and mutual understanding.
