Online therapy makes support easier to access — whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, loss, relationship conflicts, intergenerational trauma or exploring who you are and what you desire. I provide culturally responsive, liberation-oriented therapy via telehealth to individuals, teens, couples, and families across California, serving primarily clients who identify as:
Asian, Asian-American, BIPOC, immigrants, multiracial, third-culture kids
Clients choose online therapy because it:
Removes travel barriers and supports accessibility
Offers flexible scheduling around work or caregiving
Lets you meet from spaces where you feel most comfortable
Expands your choice of therapist identities and approaches
How Online Therapy Works:
Sessions are offered via a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom.
